I have a friend who is need of a lot of help and i don't have a job. ?

Just be there for her. A friend who stands by you through the toughest times is a true friend. When it's all over, she'll appreciate it and you'll feel good knowing you were there for her as much as you could be.

So you are asking two questions?? or are you wanting to get a job so you can help your friend out financially? I would get a job and not try to take on her personal problems yourself or give her money unless she can pay you back.  That doesn't mean you don't care or won't offer advice if she needs it, but draw your boundaries and don't do too much for her.
