  1. If you mean the over is not getting warm, it could be the thermostat. As to what you are smelling, observe the burner. If it is a lazy yellow flame you could be smelling carbon dioxide from a dirty burner. Most inexperienced  will think it is gas when it is actually soot produced by gas


  2. it telling you that you have a leak in the line or the valve and you not getting all the gas to burd . i would check for a leak.

  3. Depending on the oven, you may have a pre-heat function which fires up both broiler and bake burners. The broiler turns off relatively quick and relies on the bake to heat up the oven. The problem could be one of many things though. Bake igniter, oven temperature control, safety thermostat.

    Its best to have an appliance tech look at it since they can diagnose the problem quickly.
