I have a gas tank of 1000 ppm H2S. I am flowing at a rate of 100 scc/min. How much total H2S I flow in 60 min?

  1. (100scc/min)(60min) = 6000scc


  2. The first answer gave you the total gas volume, but since the gas is only 1000ppm H2S you would divide that volume by  1000000 /  1000 (or 1000)  to find the total H2S
