I have a ginseng bonsai (ficus macrocarpa) and would like to know how to trim it and care for it. Thank you?

It has grown tall and leggy without any form. It came in a tiny, tiny plastic pot and I have replanted it with more dirt and room in a ceramic low bonsai pot, perhaps too large????
