  1. You have a gold coin of the Manx series from the Isle of Man, named after the Manx or Norse warrior on a horse on the coin reverse. The value of your coin, which I think is what you wanted to know, will depend on the type and size of the Manx coin. The most commonly traded type measures approx 22mm. It's a sovereign and valued at £75 in nice mint condition, down to £55 in lower-end mint condition with marks. If it measures approx 19mm then it's a half sovereign and value is about half of the sovereign. The sovereign contains 0.2347oz of pure gold and the half sovereign contains 0.1173oz. Both are 0.916 fine gold.
