My 400m time is 1.02 and that means i should be able to run a good 800m, right? MY 800 time is TERRIBLE. Its 2.31! When ever I run 800s I always feel like i have more energy at the end, and my coach thinks I could go alot faster, like 8 seconds faster. Any ways i could run the 800 to my full potential? (Please dont be mean, i know my times arent GREAT, but i think they are at least good...)
