Does my bad credit spell the end to my apartment search? Where do the folks with bad credit go to live? Is there anything I can do, to find an apartment?...pay extra fees, pay for a couple months up front, co-signers? Help!!

  1. most places just ask for a larger security deposit. if you could get a co-signer that would help.

  2. Try Repairing your credit while you rent, some landlords only care about bad debts to utilities and such on your credit, they want to make sure you are not going to stiff them with your utility bill.

You can repair/improve your credit very easily

especially if you have a good job, see my article at:

  3. Look for apartment that doesn't check your credit and some apartments only look at credit history for past evictions.
