  1. There is not an exact structure for interviews. The best way of behave in one is being confident and it is very important not to lie. If you are the eight guy for the job, the interviewer will notice immediately. Don't get nervous.

  2. Let me start by answering your question with another.  What are your motives for wanting this job?  Aside from paying the bills, does it involve an activity you care deeply about?  Is it something you want to do?  If that is the case, then the best advice I can give you is to be yourself.  Go to your interview dressed appropriately.  Be prepared.  Be punctual.  Ask questions.  Show interest.  DON'T pretend to be something or someone you are not.  Typically, you will not be asked questions concerning your religious or political beliefs.  If, however, you are, then I suggest answering such questions as truthfully as possible.  Aside from that, I suggest performing as much research as you can.  Learn as much as you can about the organization and the job position for which you are interviewing for.  That shows initiative and is highly regarded by all interviewers.
