I don't know if there are any websites but what you can do is practise by yourself like singing while playing or check out some pieces' tonality etc. I am awful too but thank god I managed to pass my exams with 128 out of 150 with the lowest marks on aurals.

Anw it's just 18 points, don't worry too much.
