  1. Some people put it in the final divorce decree as long as the child is in school which this means college.   My child is 25 and I am still collecting back pay believe that or not.  I went through the dept of human services to track him down.

  2. Child Support payments stop when they turn eighteen.

  3. Some people pay later than that if the child is still in school.  Your lawyer will know the laws where you live.

  4. if the  child goes to college full time

  5. No you can't.

but you should get your "18YR.OLD" to start working.

  6. Umm...You have a great answer? Maybe you meant you need one?

In some states, you can receive child support for your eighteen-year-old only if he or she is still living in your house and are going to school. This includes college. Other states it stops once the child turns eighteen, no ifs ands or buts. I would talk to someone who has studied law in your state and see what they say.

    Good luck

  7. unless it's in arrears

  8. Maybe if it's back child support.
