I have a guppy fish and it looks pregnant for while, today when I checked it wasn't swimming anymore

It is still alive but just kind of breathing and letting the water current swim her around my tank. She also looks like she have a pink stuff on her butt, i know it sounds gross but I don't know whether that is a sign of her about to give birth or something else?. Please advise. I am so worried, she is one of my original fishes!!

The pink stuff usually happens right before they die.  This happened with my last fish.  I believe it is constipation if you can try crusing up some peas and putting it in the tank.  It will help them go p**p.

im really sorry for your loss, your guppy probably gave birth and wont live after birth. check your tank for the fry. in this situation you can only wait it out, and do your best with the fry. also the pink stuff is the empty gravid spot, meaning she has no more babies left in her. do your best with the fry she left you left and good luck with your guppies!

Where is the fish hanging out?  If I can get more details of the behavior I can try and help you to see what is wrong with it.  Where is the red spot located?
