I have a half sister or brother in germany. Our fathers name is Charles G. Polly. Does anyone know this name?

My father was in army for 20 years. This child is probably in their forties by now. maybe younger, maybe older. Don't know much!! I was born in 1952. He was in service for many years after that, so it is hard to say the year. If anyone in germany has ever heard of this name, let me know!!
