Question:

I have a hard time Sleeping.

I've tried taking sleeping pills and they give me bad dreams. I've started doing yoga and sleepy time tea that helps a little but I can't seem to stay asleep all night long.

  1. How about if u tried thinking about a good time u had and try 2 re-live it or remember a person u had a crush on try 2 remember he/she and think about wat would u say 2 he/she when u get close 2 him/her maybe that would help :I i hope i helped


  2. try different types of vitamins, or tv or radio or relaxing, or a good old fashioned bath and glass of warm milk before bed'll help you sleep faster then maybe some vitamin or pill to put you into a deeper sleep so you'll sleep longer? dunno if thats possible :/

  3. Try  melatonin, it is a supplement you can find it in the vitamin section of the store.

    EDIT~~~~ Just read your additional details. Go to the nearest VA Hospital and get help for PTSD!!!!!!!! You should be talking to a psychiatrist. I do not know what you are going through but know first hand it can destroy a person. We walk on eggshells around my husband. At times I want to leave him, but know that he is there somewhere. He suffers PTSD.
