I have a hard time getting my head around precalc and trig. Can I succeed in science?

  1. You can, but you'll really have to apply yourself. No drugs, no booze, no sports and no s*x, so you'll have plenty of time to study.

    Otherwise, become a Democrat politician. They don't have to be smart, just crafty. Learn to lie with a straight face.


  2. Which science?  You need to pass math classes up through pre-calc to do medicine or biology, but you don't need calculus.  Same for psychology.  Chemistry is more likely to require calculus, and physics, astronomy, and geology definitely require calculus if you want to major in them.
