I have a hdtv but the channels wont work...?

how do I get channel 10 and 7 and 9 working on my hdtv?

(only abc and sbs work and the signal for them cut in and out)

  1. Well you need a good solid tabletop antenna with a built in amplifier for the LOWEST LEVEL of signal lock....

    But it's even better with an outdoor antenna with a power amplifier....

  2. HDTV still need antenna, is your antenna connected, you may also need to do some tuning for the rest of the channels.

  3. to get the best reception you should get an hdmi cord. you should also call you cable company and let them know you are changing to hd. some cable companies send you a new box or some just upgrade the one you already have.

  4. Those above answers are correct, but most HD TVs have an auto search function , go to your menu and find it, make sure you set it only to search for digital channels
