I have a head injury?

i think it was from when my mum belted me on the head with a shovel. for spilling the crayons

what can i do to help the pain?

Have you thought of taking up fictional writing?  Good one!  I doubt any sane mother would hit their child over the head with a shovel,  It kills honey,

Paracetamol, or some other pain killer? Depends on the severity of the injury, if however it wont go away you should maybe go and see a doctor.

EDIT: unless your mother is a psycho I'm sure she wouldn't do something like that haha!
