I started the day with a protein shake and a bowl of cereal. I plan on drinking water throughout the day. But what and when should I eat throughout the day? (need answers before 5 PM EST)

  1. If you drink Gatorade you'll be able to play like Crosby...whining and diving included. Like the Gatorade commercial says, "Crosby doesn't quit."

    Doesn't quit crying and diving.

  2. Found this... maybe it can help:

  3. Little Caesar's Pizza and Pedialyte.

  4. Chicken, pasta, rice.

  5. well eat carbs and its bad to drink gatorade before the game but after or during its ok

  6. One time my pre-game meal consisted of half a large pizza and about 6 guiness stouts.  Needless to say it wasn't my best performance, but it was kind of fun until the buzz faded.

  7. about 2 hours before the game get some gatorade in your system because it is full of electrolite's and eat some pasta but dont let yourself get that full feeling because your stomach will feel weird during the game

    good luck

  8. lots of water - don't get dehydrated

    protein like you mentioned

any kind of power bar kind of thing to keep your energy up

random - don't take a nap...sounds like a good idea but takes a while to get back to normal speed - seen it happen

    Good Luck!
