  1. go through a reputable memorabilia dealer.

if you can go to NYC contact Steiner Sports; in Toronto, try Frameworth.

a collector with any know-how will require authentification paperwork and that can be done with the assistance of www.psadna.com though you will probably have to send the item in for inspection (they do go to a few "conventions" though kinda like the antiques road show)

cast and meghan : not to put you down, but there are times where it's best to just have one autograph on an item than also having it signed by a star and non-stars. in today's NHL for instance would you want Crosby and the equipment mgr to sign something - or just Sid?

ps - did Steve Dykstra sign the stick? I know him personally

  2. I will give him $20 for it. let me know I live in Buffalo

  3. take it to a hockey store where they really know what there talking about and they might give you a estimation about how much it's worth! give it a try!

  4. I would compare and contrast sticks and gear signed by players through eBay-- then just put it on the price you want it for.
