Question:

I have a hole in my gums?

I just got a cavity filled about a week ago. The cavity was on the side of my tooth near the gums, so the drill cut me open. I have a tiny hole that I can feel with my tounge near the spot the cavity was filled. It isn't bleeding, and I can't feel it with my finger, will it just close up and grow back on to my tooth on it's own?

  1. Yes, in about a week. The mouth heals very quickly. Warm salt water will help.
