This is true even if you have 3 kids, Here in Texas it is. At my job (a Day Care) ,we just got on the system. Our worker has helped us out alot. There is some training and a lot of paper work that goes along with the program. I have only been filling out the paper work for about 2 weeks now but is is getting easier. Hope you can find a food program in your area.
