We have finished our work for the year, where do i find out the adress to mail it to?

If this not it they may know more about it. Also, check the front of your book it may have an address.

Did they not give you the information when you signed up? Email them first from the website someone else gave you. They may have somewhere else for you to send in things, they'll tell you exactly what they want you to send in, etc.
