I have a honda 5.5 Gx160 motor and i keep getting gas in the oil what can i do

yea i keep getting gas in the oil container and then its shuts off what do i need to do in order for it to run

Yes it could be the carb. ,  i'm thinking in the order of the fuel pump, but only if it has a manual fuel pump, not one in the tank ,but one on the side of the engine. If it's one on the side of the engine it could have a bad diagram allowing it to leak gas into the engine oil. I guess it could have a bad injertor  that's letting it leak gas into the engine.oil .

  Check the float level in the carburetor, also check the needle and seat in the float bowl. It sounds as though the carb is overfilling, this will cause gas in the oil.
