Its an 01 LX sedan, and i want to put an exhaust system, some nice rims and tires on it, and a cold air intake. Will the car sound/look stupid without any other body modifications?

  1. well, it's a honda...there only so much you can do to it....it's always going to be a honda and nothing you can do to change that.

that's kinda like asking "what can i do to my mobile home to make it look more like a mansion?" lol...

having said that.....new paint and rims will always work wonders for any vehicle but stay away from those obnoxious bumblebee sounding exhaust systems...they're more irritating than anything to those of us who drive real cars with V-8's in them.....and yes it will sound stupid going down the road sounding like a swarm of bees...

as long as the paint is good, the tires and rims are clean and you pay attention to detail and make sure your chrome trim and body moldings are clean, shined up and not chipping or flaking then you'll be okay.

a little attention to detail to the small stuff goes a long long way.

  2. you could also lower it and add so lips to it to make it look more aggressive and have a better aerodynamic...less wind resistence means beter fuel miliage and better acceleration..

  3. weld sheet metal on the sides.  I'm sure that would make fuel eficiancy worse
