I have a horrible sleep routine and I hate it! Any suggestions?

School is almost here and i Have a VERY unhealthy sleep routine. i go to bed about 12-1 am and wak up around 9-10. i hate it! i feel run down and groggy all day! i want to go to bed around 8:30-10 and wake up around 6-7. any natural sleeping remedies i can use to get to bed earlier and wake up refreshed?

  1. Try this one weekend..

    Stay up VERY late Fri night, and take a  3-4 hour "nap". Wake up early and force yourself to do things outside and away from the house. No more naps for the day.

    Eat a light dinner no later than 6:30 and no caffiene an hour before bedtime. Maybe take a brisk 15-20 minute walk around 7:30. By 8:30 or 9, you will be tired and ready for bed..


  2. I would go to the drug store and buy some diphenydrimine.  This will help you get your body back to a regular sleep cycle.  Take it about 30 minutes before bed, and your body will reregulate itself.

  3. I bought this for my son and it seemed to help and you can pick it up at walmart it's called Celestial seasoning Sleepytime caffeine free Herbal Tea.

  4. finish everything you do... try to relax..If you need buy some sleeping pills at start.. maybe a two... then it will be a good start ..try to sleep in the same hour in the evening....
