hi i have a web cam on my hp laptop i could use for msn or etc. i want to take pictures but i can't find the program can anyone help?

go to the manufacturer site  for your web cam and download the driver and the software.But it should come with your laptop.

To check the drivers on your computer go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers
