I have a huge cage and at the moment 2 budgies in it?

i also have 3 canaries in a different cage,could i put them all together?the budgies seem lost in the cage because its so big,would the budgies kill the canaries?

NO.NO.Do not put your Canaries with your Budgies,

Budgies are bullies and  more so at breeding time,they will peck your Canaries injure or even kill them.(their breeding season is comeing shortly.)

Budgies like Lovebirds can be very vicious little blighters they are very territorial and will destroy you canaries nests,if you were to put them to breed.

So it's NO.NO.

You could try it out, but if there is any sign that they aren't getting along then you should separate them. We have a sparrow living with our budgies (because he was lonely), and as long as they don't get to close, he's fine. A little bit of snapping at one another is ok, but if it gets to the point where they actually fight, you can't keep them together. Since there are only 2 budgies and 3 canaries, they might establish parts of the cage as theirs and keep mostly to those parts. Try it out, but be prepared for having to separate them.

nope. not good. i put my prakeet in the same cae with my cockatiel once, and one ended up bleeding, and the other one limping. i thought they would get along. but they didn't

It wouldn't be good idea to mix two as there would be conflict and stress which could ultimately lead to death of one or other. Budgies are more dominant of two and can inflict stress on canaries.

budgies can be very territorial and are known for killing other birds as big as cockatiels if they intruded. not a good idea.

I don't think it would be a good idea, they might fight with one another.

They might get along. Though i'm not sure, I never tried it but if they do get along, It would kinda be hard keeping 2 different species in the same cage, when there nothing alike. You also then have to put 2 separate foods and teach them, which one is there's to eat.
