I have a huge ping problem.?

Question

when i play any game on any online server my ping oscillates wildly slowly getting bigger until i can't play (kicked for high ping)!

any ideas.

I did a ping plot and the problem seems to lie at iinet's sydney server (i am in WA) but i don't think its their fault for the wild oscillations!
