  1. I think you have already hit the nail on the head.  Look at your question things have been going bad for me because the principal is causing me to stay away... The principal is reacting to your behavior, so the problem lies with you and not the principal.  What is the problem, that is the question.  I would guess that your behavior is the problem for the principal, but that's not your problem.  Your problem is why you do what you do. You need to think about or even keep a log, what were you feeling just before you started to do something that would get you in trouble, we react to our feelings, but feelings can be very misleading, or can give one a lot of insight into what is wrong.  For example if one is bored, they may day dream and get angry when the teacher asks for your attention, especially if they ask you a question and you can't answer it!  The reason why you are bored is what needs to be discovered.  Are you having difficulty with the work, or is the work not challenging enough.  One can feel that other kids don't like them and react to that feeling by doing something to get back.  Why do you think the other kid doesn't like you?  Perhaps your perception is incorrect?  You may need some help dealing with feelings and perception. This problem is too big for you.  You need someone with a background that can work with you on these issues.  First you need to recognize the problem is yours not someone else's.  There is nothing wrong with having a problem, problems tell us we need help, finding the right help is what is most important!  Everyone needs help at one time or another.  There are things we all find we don't have the tools to help ourselves with and need to reach out to appropriate people that can help us! Put a smile on your face, you are turning over a new leaf, you are alright, and no one is doing anything to you, you will reach out for help, rather than worrying about the principal, the principal is just giving you an opportunity to stay away from whatever is upsetting you, use that time wisely find out how you can help yourself find a way to deal with your feelings so you can spend time with your class.

  2. Depending on the problem?

Are you causing the trouble? Are you the one acting up? Picking on kids? You know...the whole sha bang!!

If its not you, you should fight it!

The teacher should document everything that happens in his/her class. IF not, then you should! Write it down in a journal.

If this becomes a problem...you should try asking for a shadow...a paraprofessional to follow you around and make sure that its not you. She/He doesn't have to be sitting next to you. If they perfer to sit in the back and watch, then thats great.

Sometimes, its more helpful when there is another teacher in the classroom.

    I hope that this helps!

By the way...I'm a shadow for a student, who did cause problems!

  3. What are you doing to make the principal separate you? That doesn't sound very fair.  If you are acting out, why are you acting out? Do you not like school? Do you have learning difficulties? Whatever the reason, why don't you write the principal a letter asking him for another chance.  Tell him you will change things you are doing wrong and then do your best to change them.

If you are having learning issues, discuss your concerns with a guidance counselor or school psychologist who can help you figure out ways that you can learn more easily. It is not bad to have trouble learning. Alot of kids do. Some kids who have difficulties do act out, more out of frustration than because they are "bad".

If you get a second chance, and I believe you will if you are sincere in your desire to do better, use that chance to do the best you can in school.

What alot of kids do not realize is that what you do in school will impact your entire life. It is a matter of wanting to have a great life, get a good education, job you love and are well paid for. School is really such a short time of your life. Use it to your advantage and you will turn things around for yourself. I hope you get a second chance. I can see you are struggling with the way things are for you. Good luck and be good, for your own sake. Hugs.

  4. Start behaving yourself, your problems will go away.
