I have a human and anatomy project and have to find something that starts with X that is a human a or p!!!!!!!

We have to use the whole alphabet and i have except for X. What anatomical or physiological part begins with the letter X?

I can only think of the X-chromosome right now. Every human has an X-chromosome; without it, embryos will die in the womb.

An actual anatomical part is the xiphoid process, also called the xiphisternum, a small cartilaginous extension of the sternum.
