I have a immigration problem?

I had two year settlement visa in uk. my visa finish last year. before visa finished, I applyied Infenite remain, but they are recjectd, now my wife and my child alone in uk. but I want to live with my wife and child, thats reason is rejected, I dont have show banking records in uk, and 2nd is, normaley I worked in italy, I was going to uk from italy every weekend, there for I dont have bank records in uk, I have only italy bank statements.they gave me letter to return to italy, I came, becouse I need to respect for the rule, but I want to see my wife and child and settled in the uk pls help me to give, what the good way to apply my visa to uk

You need to talk to an immigration expert in the U.K.  Your case is so difficult that I cannot understand the details, but it obviously needs expert attention.  Try contacting someone at the embassy or consulate offices for the U.K., and if they cannot help you, maybe they can help you contact someone who can answer your question and tell you what to do.
