Ukraine is not in the Schengen Zone, so it is a mute point regarding your work visa.  If you choose to work in France, you need to get a work permit for France, simple as that.  A Ukrainian work permit may add to your credibility in crossing between other CIS (former Soviet) countries and it might make border crossing back and forth simpler, but a Ukrainian work permit does exactly what it says...allows you to work in Ukraine.

The Schengen visa is a tourist (only) visa so no, you cannot work on a Schengen visa in France

Also a invitation for wrk in Ukraine holds no weight in the Schengen zone, and assuming you are Asian (from the name) you do not fall under the waiver scheme, and therefore even to visit France as a tourist you will need to apply seperatly (from the Ukraine application) for a Schengen visa

You can do this via the French embassy in your home country
