  1. - do you have any previous customer service experience?

    - will you feel comfortable getting customers to sign up for the old navy credit card?

    - what is your availability / what other activities or jobs do you have that would prevent you from being able to work

    - why do you want to work here (you like the environment, you like customer service, it's close to home, I want to meet new people, etc. NOT "I need a job").

The interview will be a piece of cake, they just want to meet you and make sure you're not a complete idiot, and that you'll be able to talk to customers and get Old Navy Cards.

You do not need to dress up for the interview.  You can dress casual, jeans are OK with a nice shirt and closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes are OK).  Just look nice and wear something that you would wear to work if you got the job. No flip flops. No sleeveless, no strapless, no tank tops, no short shorts, no sweatpants.

  2. they might ask you what you know about the background of the company..i think it's under Gap. so they would expect you to know the concept of the label "old navy". wear something sophisticated but young and modern and trendy? i think so.
