Coffee has never helped cure my sleepiness in the past, I am not sure why not. However I haven't drank any in some time. Is it worth drinking a load of coffee? Is there anything else that I could try that could do the job?

  1. I can't recommend red bull. The incredible amount of caffeine is not good for you.

Do it the old fashioned way - fill up a sink of cold water and dunk your face in. Hold it there for about 5 seconds.

    Repeat a couple of times.

Trust me, you'll be awake in no time, just don't drown!

    Btw, GOOD LUCK :0)

  2. Try a red bull

  3. I drink Red Bull to pep me up a bit, but first perhaps you should try and get a nap (set your alarm!)  or have a refreshing bath or shower. Good luck with the interview!

  4. should just drink a 6 pack of v that will wake u up lol

  5. how did your interview go, did you get the job, let us know.

  6. Don't drink too much coffee...it'll just make you edgy and the natural diuretics will also have an unsettling effect. You don't need to be squirming in your seat during an  interview.

I would second the person who suggested that you try cool water on the outside but would also suggest that you try some light exercise to help move the blood around and oxygenate your system.

  7. get some pro-plus tablets

  8. I would recommend you stay away from the energy pills and caffeine. What I have found, is that those will make your body feel awake, but not your mind. You need to get more oxygen to your brain, and the best way to do that is to do a quick work out. Go for a half mile run. Do a bunch of pushups. Do something where you move around a lot and get your blood pumping. That always works the best for me, and should get you through the interview. Also, I like to eat two bananas.

If you really want some kind of drink or pill, I would go with those 5-hour energy shots. Just remember, if you show up to the interview all jittery and bouncy because of caffeine, it could have a detrimental impact.

    Good luck!
