For a position as Account Manager for a perfume house. I have researched the brands that they sell and learned a bit about the company. Has anyone else had an interview for this kind of position and what sort of questions should I expect?

  1. Also........they will ask you:

    1. What experience can you bring with you in order to benefit our company?

    2. Why do you feel that your the perfect candidate for this position?

Also have some questions to ask them, it always looks good, they will ask you after the interview "is there anything that you wish to ask us?"

Think of a couple of questions about 2-3 not too much, and make sure those questions you ask are not silly obvious ones!....good luck

    (the person above me....grow up)

  2. Good Luck !!!!

haven't a clue what they'd ask but you know your stuff so you'll be able to answer whatever they throw at you :)

  3. you are usually asked why you should be given this position , ie what you are bringing to the role

    good luck tomorrow

  4. Mostly private questions to test whether you can handle them.  They will ask you about your s*x life and all that.  If you answer them clearly and honestly, you will get the job with loads of money mostly in OTE.

    hth

  5. First - Don't be nervous, be confident, they will test you on that. They will judge you on how comfortable you are with the profile :)

    Prepare on

    1) About yourself

    2) Your prior work experience, what have you learned, how have you contributed to your prior organization

    3) Technical question would be there ( subject knowledge etc.)

    4) How will contribute to the company(you have applied to)

These are few general questions, just tell them what you know and try not to give wrong answers rather just admit that you don't know.
