  1. How old is it?

If it is a 40/50/or even 60's model it should use a 24 to 1 mix.

If it is a 4HP, it was either built in 1930-1932, or after 1969. If it is the later, use 50 to 1.

  2. 50 to 1 gas to oil mix

Be sure to use TCW-3 oil.

    Good Luck and have fun

  3. Your safe with 50:1 TWC , 1 pint to 6 gal of fuel.  good luck!!

  4. You should be able to use 50x1 oil mix. Here is a tip= for those small engines with a little built in tank-take an empty quart oil container and carry it full of fuel in an insulated box. That way you can always get home. PS watch it in hot weather so it dosn't burst.

  5. 50 to 1

thats 15.36 oz of oil tcw-3 to 6 gallons of gas, but you can use 16 oz of oil

  6. I belive it's 40:1 for a modern 2 stroke engine (it's what I use in my dirt bike) but here's a handy dandy tool to help you out!

    Here's another giude:

4 Stroke engines use regular gasonline.
