at this time and have not heard anything about how much or where I am to make any payments. Who do I contact to find out how to set up a payment plan so they don't garnish my wages when I do go back to work?

  1. At least call the credit card company and discuss the situation and try to work something out., and then call the attorney who filed the judgement.

  2. The best option for debt trouble is negotiating your debts with your credit companies to keep the payments from swallowing all of your income. Typically, you have to get a counseling agency to call on your behalf. If you try to work with them yourself, many of them will not cooperate with you because you are not enrolled in credit counseling. Try http://www.womenindebt.info. Good luck!

  3. I have met this kind of problem before, here is the resource I found useful.http://debt-relief.expertips4u.info/debt...

  4. Contact the attorney who filed the judgment.  They will put you in contact with the collection agency to start a payment plan.  Keep in mind that a judgment will keep you from purchasing a house, and will be listed on your credit report which will affect your applying for credit, leasing a home/apt, applying for jobs, etc.
