I have a kenmore dishwasher.

Question

i have a kenmore dishwasher. the soap dispenser lid was not opening and releasing the soap, now the lid is opening but it's leaving the soap in the dipenser. have used the pellets that contains the liquid soap on one side and the dry detergent on the other. have used regular liquid dishwasher soap too, doesn't make a difference, help!
