I have a kid with a munipulating person ?

I am a single mother of a one year old son, I have a kid with a guy that is completly muniputlating, controlling and just plays games.

hes 26 years old and im 20 years old.

How do I deal with this munipuatling its so hard for me to deal with it.

I have a P.P.O against him we dont talk nor see each other nothing but everytime in court its like hes trying to make my life miserable.

he lives everywhere he can, isnt stable..

but for some reason he gets the best of me

in court today he said I broke the ppo by talking with him and jus tryin to make me look so bad or put me in jail.. hes jealous that he cant see his son more then once a week for one hour!!!

hes not the legal father or anything..

he hasnt paid no child support or anything on this child over a year old its awful. to me its neglect and just wrong.

I need help on dealing with this crazy guy hes capable of alot of hes crazy

it just gets to me and hurts me.

please help

ewww..girl I know what you are going through however it sounds like your case is worse, I have two children with a jack@%% ex too. Ive been divorced from him for 16 yrs and he still intimidates me to no end, it is always something...he always seems to get his way in court too.. My advice to you is just be strong and keep your ground..after a while you will buck up to him, it took me a long time, but just be patient and think of your child and whats best for him.  Let the courts handle everything and dont attack him the way he is you, it will make you the more responsible one, and the courts will see that and you will be rewarded for it.  I would have no contact with this man, tell him to take it up with his lawyer or yours if he tries to talk to you or whatever. Just hang in there and good luck.  You sound like a great mom, remember the most important thing always is your son.  :O)
