I have had a kodak cx7300 digital camera and the photo software for 3 years now and could upload photos onto the computer with this kodak easy share photo software. Now when i upload pictures into a file or folder that is on easy share software picture program it says photos can't be found or are missing , might have been moved. Only when the camera is on can I find and see the pictures, if camera is off there is an error. Never did this in the past and I know they were transferred. It also won't let me reinstall the kodak easyshare software again or install the newest version.

  1. It sounds like the path to the folder where the photos live has been corrupted. Check to see where the Easyshare software thinks the folder is (usually in Preferences or Properties), and see if it is where the folder actually is.

If you are only missing files that happen to be on the camera chip, it sounds like your computer has lost track of them. If you can find the appropiate folder with the images  on your computer, see if the easyshare software will allow you to import them into the program.

If not, the only option may be to re-transfer the files to your computer.
