I have a laguna 2001 parked the car come back and nothing would work with the key not starting the engine ?

nothing would work not the engine starting or the central locking does anybody know how to sort otu this issue

My car did that, it was a security feature on the car, it wouldn't recognize the key, the dealer said if the key shakes alot or maybe comes out alittle before the car is turned off then when you go to put the key in n turn, nothing happens, i had someone jump me, try to rig my starter, n finally had to get it towed n they diagnosed it....costs like $90

starter could be sticking or dirty battery terminals.

dead battery. is your headlight switch left on?
