I have a landlord law apartment question ?

hi i got an apartment and my husban has to register as a s*x offender but he is a truck driver he basically doesnt live there he only comes like for 5 days out of the month he uses my house when he register so my apartment lease told me that he had to change his address or else i would get evicted well he call because we looked online and it says that she couldnt kick me out he told her that people got sewed for that so she took that as a tret and told me that i only had 3 days to leave the apartment i have a 4 month old baby so ya'll know how hard dat was well i left on the 5th i paid my rent like on the 2nd wish it was 820 dollars plus my deposit was 500 dollars the apartment lease manager told me that she would see if i can get my money then when i called she told me i couldnt because the house was dirty well i admit i told her that the carpet in the living room was dirty and that was it also i left food on the refrigerator so now they telling me that i wont get nothing so im wondering are they aloud to that not give me nothing i mean rent 820 only stay there for 2 or 3 days and i tought they could give me at least a refund also 500 dollars deposit what can i do can i sew for this or what should i do????????????

You may well lose the security deposit for cleaning fees.  But, since they told you to move out within 3 days they have to prorate the monthly rent and return the difference.  You may have to sue in small claims court for you money.

She has to give you more notice to move. You can take her to small claims court for not getting a proper eviction. She will have to return some of your money.
