she skin could be dry and from the itching , i would take to the vet , they will give her something that will help , And maybe you should ask this in the pet section

My 2 year old english bulldog has that, its called seasonal alpechia. it goes away during the summer and stuff. he takes a special medicine everyday for the fur to grow and has a special wheat free diet. he has very bad allergies. that is very common in bulldogs, try asking your vet for some tips.
