I have a light bleeding atm how do i tell whether its my period or implantation bleeding?

i ask this bcos i had my last period 12-14th july has unprotected s*x on the 18-19th and 22nd july.

and have headachy, light headed, frequent urination and mettallic taste symptoms.

i normally have 28 day cycles.

had my period for 2 days so far and im waiting for it to go heavier...and it isnt it jst keeps on being of a pantyliner lightness, its still blood red in colour and jst b4 and on the 1st day of period i had cramping, whts going on??

When your period is significantly shorter. It will only last 3 days maybe. and be very light bleeding. then it will just stop and it won't start again. I bled for only 2 days then stopped.
