I have a little problem with my cumputer it sometimes turns off by its self im geting relly pissed about it?

Could be over heating, could be a faulty power supply or spyware and viruses. Try scanning for both spyware and viruses to see if that helps any.

Also if it's windows XP there is a hotfix you'll have to look for it on the download site but it's a fix - to prevent XP based computers from shutting down unexpectedly.
