I have a lizard and i feed him crickets but when i looked at my cricket cage i saw a white cricke what is it?

its big and yellowish body with white wings and it is alive please help me

The cricket you saw just finished molting. I see them evry now and then when i bring some home for my Leo or chameleon.

It molted, it will turn black/brown in a day or two once it's outer shell has harden.  Kinda like a soft shelled crab.

its is a freshly molted cricket.

I live in Arizona and all the crickets here are White/Gray looking, when I lived in Chicago they were Black.  Hope that helps.   Never seen any wings on them.
