I have a logitech Harmony

I have a logitech Harmony 720 that has died. It now has only a blue screen that displays 'Harmony Safe Model B.1572' None of the keys function and when hooked to my computer the display blinks on and off and the computer displays a USB communication error. Is this a firmware or software problem that I can fix? If so, how?Ricedricg@cox.net
