I have a logitech quickcam IM (webcam). It was installed awhile ago. It was working fine. Then, there was an update which automatically updated my logitech. I then started having problems with my viewing. When I Skype my family, they can see me but I can't see them. They tested their camera and everybody else can see them but me. In otherwords, my logitech does not product their image back to me. HELP! I cannot re-install with my logitech installation disc because it is now out of date and I've been updated already. HELP!
