I have a lot of algae growing in my pools water flow pipes. How can I get rid of it?

  1. Up the chlorine!

    Try a "shock" treatment, that should take care of it!


  2. It should not be growing any algae if your chlorine is in check.

    Shock the pool thoroughly. Test you chlorine level and keep it in check.

    If the pool is being used alot in the warm weather, it will take quiet a bit of chlorine.

    Cover it as much as possible, especially during the day when the sun is out and you are not swimming.

  3. I think that they put chlorine in public pool water for that reason
