You should also go to the webroot website and download the free version of there antispyware software.  webroot is one of the best on the market.

Try my blog it has some info for that kind of stuff and if you want to reinstall windows theres instructions for that too.

But I think you might be able to start your problems in safe mode maybe you should try that.

If you can get on the internet through safe mode with networking then try downloading these antivirus and antispyware.

Unfortunately there is no single tool that can remove every infection. You need to analyze your system first, and then have someone create a regimen of manual fixes for your system.  This can take a good chunk of time since most users never just have 1 infection, but multiple hidden infections.

I am going to suggest a site that i use and recommend others to for this type of thing. See below for the link. Once you get there, go to the maliware removal forum. They will help you if you ask. Be prepared to have a few hours of your time spent on fixing this issue.
