I have a lot of yeast (candida) in my body ..?

I took the home test for candida and I sure have it. I am taking a candida cleanse but heard that yougart can also help. Anyone know what would be the best yougart ?? Thanks

I suffered with this problem off and on for years.  Doctors told me that wasn't it, ran numerous tests, some horrible and disgusting - finally I took Caprylic Acid - 350 mg.  Made me feel terrible for a few days as the yeast died off but it did cure me.  Now if I sense a possible recurrence, I immediately take oregano oil in capsules - the plain oil is a bit difficult to get down.

Look on the Nzymes website.  They have products that can be used for people and pets. There is a product called Ox-e-drops. Check it out. You can also take Acidophilus, it's sold in the same spot as the vitamins at the store. It is the active ingredient in yogurt.  Everyone knows yogurt gets old after a while.
